Interview scheduling follows the official case process, document readiness and visa availability. An investor or project cannot guarantee an appointment date simply because the petition is approved.
Prepare documents before making travel commitments
Respond to the case instructions and track missing records for each family member. Schedule the medical examination through the authorized process at the appropriate stage. Avoid irreversible plans based on a projected interview or visa issue date.
Additional document requests or administrative processing may affect completion, so final relocation should be based on the family’s actual immigration position and issued travel documents. Dates in this process are established by documents, and only some of those documents are in the family’s hands. What the case notices state, what the medical instructions require and what the applicable visa bulletin shows are the records that govern; a project manager’s schedule and an adviser’s recollection are not.
Hypothetical example: a family whose capital funded a site-safety training provider books flights on the strength of a project newsletter announcing that investors are being interviewed, and no notice in their own case says anything of the kind. Ask, for every date the household is relying on, which document states it and where that document is filed. Medical examinations have their own validity considerations, so schedule the examination against the interview through the authorised process rather than early, and expect that further documents or additional processing can move a date that already looked settled.
