THERE’S MORE THAN ONE WAY FORWARD.

THE DREAM IS YOURS.

Look at the organization, the individual and the proposed U.S. activity separately. This makes the service comparison more useful whether the starting point is employment, a transfer or business ownership.

THE BIG MOVE. BROKEN DOWN.

FROM “ONE DAY”
TO YOUR NEXT STEP.

Personal support.
A practical plan.
No promises we can’t keep.

01

Name the two plans

Describe the organization’s U.S. objective and your own intended role. Include personal priorities that could affect the move, even when the business timetable is already established.

02

Check organizational inputs

Identify who can confirm ownership, operations, role design and authorization to proceed. Separate an internal announcement from the records and decisions needed for a meaningful assessment.

03

Check personal inputs

Outline your experience, proposed responsibilities and household considerations. Mark any facts still being negotiated so that the assessment uses the role actually being offered.

04

Bring the plans together

Resolve mismatches between business expectations and personal availability. Agree who will supply each outstanding answer, then review the full picture before moving into detailed preparation.

A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY.

YOUR FUTURE.
NOW BOARDING.

Use the preparation prompts to find the gap between a promising organizational plan and a workable personal move. A clear owner for each question makes follow-up easier for everyone.

BEFORE THE BIG MOVE

LET’S CLEAR
A FEW THINGS UP.

My company has a U.S. entity. Is that enough to start planning?

It is a useful fact to include, but the company structure is only part of the discussion. Describe actual operations, the proposed role and who can provide organizational information. We can help arrange the questions so that company readiness and your individual circumstances are reviewed together before a route is selected.

Who should attend from the company?

Choose someone who understands the proposed U.S. activity and can obtain answers about your role, the relevant entities and internal approval. That may involve more than one person over time. The first conversation should establish who owns each question, rather than require every department to attend or disclose confidential records.

What if the business timetable is faster than our family timetable?

Make the difference explicit before accepting a single target date. List the business milestones, household constraints and decisions that depend on immigration review. We can help organize the sequence, but cannot guarantee an outcome or timing. The company should distinguish its preferred schedule from what has actually been confirmed.

Can we compare a transfer with another route?

Yes. Explain why the transfer is being considered and what other genuine opportunities exist, such as a separate role or business plan. Each option should be assessed on its own facts. A comparison is more helpful when it includes who must participate, what information is available and what commitments each direction would require.

How do you know you are ready to start a case rather than keep exploring?

Readiness is less a feeling than a checklist: the organizational facts are documented, the individual's role and history are accurate and complete, and every open question has an owner who can answer it. Exploring stays useful while facts are still missing or a choice between routes remains genuinely open. Once those facts exist and only a decision remains, delay mainly postpones the review rather than protects it. Set a date to revisit either way.
