The immigration total depends on the actual petitioner, filing type and family procedure, while corporate formation, tax and compliance expenses can differ. There is no universal all-in L-1A price determined solely by choosing a branch or subsidiary.
Request coordinated but separate scopes
Ask business advisers to price entity and tax work, and immigration counsel to price relationship analysis, petition preparation and dependent steps. Check current government schedules for the actual route, including any applicable additional charges and optional premium processing. The company’s operating capital remains separate.
A less expensive formation option does not automatically produce an easier or qualifying L-1A case. Paying more does not buy a different answer. Premium processing concerns how quickly a decision is reached, not whether the evidence supports the classification, and it cannot compensate for a thin role description or an undocumented qualifying year.
Corporate formation charges sit outside the immigration analysis altogether, however large they are. Hypothetical example: an IT hardware refurbishing business budgets generously for filing and expedited handling but declines to pay for the corporate registry extracts that would evidence ownership; the money simply accelerates the arrival of a request for the very documents left out. Price the evidence-gathering work as seriously as the filing, because that is the part the assessment actually rests on.
