Use an accurate employer description supported by appropriate qualification records. Where helpful, a concise project summary can explain what the worker will do without disclosing unnecessary proprietary material. A long technology stack or portfolio does not independently establish that the position belongs to a listed TN profession.
Translate jargon without changing the work
Ask the manager to explain internal terms in ordinary professional language and connect each major responsibility to its purpose. Check that the resume, posting, and support letter do not describe incompatible roles. Education documents should establish the credentials actually claimed; obtain translations or additional academic material when appropriate to the case.
Supporting examples are explanatory evidence, not a substitute for the profession’s qualification rule and not a universal requirement to submit source code or confidential customer records. Two documents drifting apart is the common failure, and it happens because they are written by different people at different times. The posting is drafted by recruitment, the support letter by a manager, and the resume by the applicant, each describing the same job in the vocabulary of their own function.
The earliest signal is a term appearing in one document and nowhere else. Read the three side by side before anything is signed and reconcile the vocabulary rather than the meaning, so the job is described consistently rather than simplified until it no longer resembles the work. Where a term must be simplified for clarity, keep a note of the original phrasing so the change can be explained if asked.
